Responsible individual and scope

Felix Altiery is responsible for the personal Voxia SMS testing program and acts as an independent developer. The domain altimarr.com identifies these pages; the program is not presented as a Rocketnet campaign or a medical practice campaign.

The program is in pre-launch, pending enablement. It is limited to manual tests on the developer's own number. It does not include marketing, messages to third parties or patients, real appointments, or clinical information. Submitting a request does not enable messages.

Data and purposes

The form is intended to collect the phone number provided and the choices expressed through its checkboxes so that a request can be reviewed manually. Do not enter health information, identity documents, financial information, or other sensitive data.

If testing is enabled, the data processed may include originating and destination numbers, generic message and reply content, dates, provider identifiers, delivery statuses, errors, and opt-out or help events. The purposes are to check sending and receiving, diagnose problems, and address the owner's preferences and requests. The data will not be used for advertising profiles or medical decisions.

Submitting the form does not, by itself, establish ownership of the number or enable it to receive SMS. Each request will be reviewed manually, and only the developer's own authorized number may be approved.

Platforms and providers

Wix processes the form and hosts the pages. Twilio and mobile carriers are involved in transporting SMS when the program is enabled. Voxia may retain test messages and technical events. These services may process the data necessary for their functions, subject to their own applicable terms and policies. End-to-end encryption and guaranteed delivery are not promised.

SMS information and marketing

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not prevent the technical processing necessary to receive the request, transport messages, manage security, or meet applicable obligations, limited to those purposes.

Retention and requests

Requests will be retained while the pilot remains active. When it closes, they will be reviewed manually to decide which information to delete and which information must be retained. Any consent and opt-out information that must be retained will be kept to respect preferences and address applicable obligations. This pilot does not establish an automatic purge schedule, and immediate deletion in Wix, Twilio, carriers, or backups is not promised.

You may request review, access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion by writing to info@altimarr.com. Requests will be handled manually, and their origin may need to be checked. Withdrawing consent ends future participation; it does not automatically delete the history or messages already delivered to the carrier. No specific response time is promised.

Frequency, opt-out, and help

The approved scope is up to 100 manual test SMS messages per month, exclusively to the developer's own number. Requested control replies through HELP, STOP, or START may be additional to that limit. Carrier message and data rates may apply.

The program has not yet been enabled. STOP opt-out and HELP assistance must be checked before the first enabled send. In the meantime, the contact for help and withdrawal is info@altimarr.com. An automatic HELP response is not presented as active, nor is START presented as automatic reactivation of participation.
